Great price, slow shipping - Dacor Microwave Oven

I ordered a Dacor microwave oven in August of 2009. The oven was listed with a 5-7 day shipping time. The price was easily $40 below the competition, and included free shipping. The same day I ordered, my credit card was charged.

I heard absolutely nothing for 14 days, then went to the website to check on my order status. At no time did I ever hear from Ira Woods or receive any e-mails, shipping notices or followup.
I was amazed to find that my order had shipped the previous day and was due the following day. It was delivered the folowing day by FedEx.

The microwave was brand new and in good condition, and at a great price. I just think it is bizarre that I never heard a word from them.
