I recently had a water damage in my basement. Servpro of Kankakee came to help remove the water and dry things out. The owner came in with a thermal camera and showed me where it was wet. The water had gone much further than I first thought. After getting a game plan together, his crew got started. After measuring things up this guy actually put his stuff on the basement steps and started moving furniture around. They set fans and a couple crazy dehumidifiers in the basement and 4 days later, everything was dry. It stunk pretty bad in the beginning but when they left things smelled much better. The owner came back on the last day with that camera and checked everything out and showed one of his young guys to use the a nail gun. Hopefully I'll never need that type of service but Servpro of Kankakee did what they said....made it like it never happened.
