I have had the same experience as upsetmom above. I also ordered on 11/29/08. Still have no received anything. I sent several emails, never hearing anything. I notified paypal and they promptly responding to them with tracking information. My package is tied up somewhere overseas. I hate this company, I will never recommend them to anyone and I have sent a mass email to all my friends and contacts warning them of this coming and asking them to also let all their friends know that this company is a "JOKE".

I ordered a pair of Cardy boots for my daughter for xmas on 11/30/08. Still haven't gotten them. Emailed them 3 times asking where are they. I tried to call, mailbox too full. So I disputed the transaction with paypal. And guess what they responded to paypal with a tracking label. However when the post office checked the package is not in the US it is in Shanghai. And before that it was in some other Chinese city. And it did not go there for processing until 12/12/08. Now I purchased 11/30. what is the deal. so I stopped payment with my credit card company. If that is how they treat customers by taking their money and not sending out the merchandise for 2 weeks and not responding to emails which is against what is says on the website. All merchandised shipped within 3 days. Then what is 2 weeks. And no shipping notifications. No correspondence of any kind. If they were out after I placed my order, they could have let me know and just refunded the money but instead they kept the money and said nothing until paypal investigated. No way I am doing business or accepting these boots now.
