I have ATT Uverse and I think it is a really good service. Customer service is really good they know alot about trouble shooting the system and they can answer any questions about setting up the remote control to recording a show on the dvr. The wait on the phone for a tech to pick up is a very short time. If you have a problem they are there whenever you call them day or night. I am glad I switched from my cable company to ATT Uverse,the picture is great,tech support is great and their prices for service are alot lower than the cable companies.
