Great News - shoes for the whole family

I have shopped many shoe stores online as I live overseas. Not many choices here.

I purchased from shoebuy.com and the size was not right and the color did not quite match the online picture.

I wasn't able to return them right away and probably missed any kind of proper deadline as I had the shoes for almost 3 months. I sent them back anyway. What to my surprise appeared in my email inbox, a note saying they are refunding all of my money.

What a great customer service team with this store!!
