Great Experience - iPod repair

I'm really happy with my experience with this company. they replaced two batteries in my iPods at the same time- it was a good deal because they give a 20% discount if more than one iPod is sent at the same time. They beat Apple's price by over $40 and the repair time was less than Apple's two week quote.

Several weeks later one of the iPods was acting odd so I e-mailed. Within 10 minutes I got a reply with reset instructions. This was impressive- I emailed at around 9PM and didnt expect a reply until the next day.

Overall I would recommend these guys, they do good work.

Can you please tell me how you actually got them to fix your iPod and return it to you? There are a group of us who have been waiting for months to even hear back from the company, let alone get our iPods back. Thanks.
