Great Customer Support - flowers $70

We ordered flowers from Bloomex .ca, they were damaged while being delivered. I called Bloomex to voice my complaint, the woman in customer service was very polite and courteous. She apologized and said she was sending out new flowers. The next day, the flowers were delivered, and they were in very good condition, and were very appreciated. Kudos to bloomex customer service for making a bad situation good, and regaining my trust as a customer!
