Great Customer Service - baby cup

I waited until the last minute to order a special gift for my grandaughter and Western Silver not only had it in stock, they shipped it that day. When I called, the person anwering the phone took their time and listened to my situation, checked stock and said it would ship that day so it would arrive on time. After waiting for 10 minutes on the phone for one of their competitors, I am glad I hung up and called Western Silver, great customer service.
