AMEX is awesome, their customer service is always A+, usually I call them from my cell and a person answers no automated bs. I recently forgot to pay a bill and was 4 or 5 days late, expecting a late fee on my next payment, which I saw, but then also a automatic credit of the fee right under it. I love amex.
