I too had the same problem, ordering cigarettes, having them charge my account, but not getting my cigarettes. The cigarettes finally came about 6 weeks after ordering. I did try again (I'm hard headed), I placed an order on Jan 7, 2008, as of yesterday it still was not processed through my bank account, so I called and got through! I asked about why it was taking so long for them to process my account information (I have been ordering the same way with them since 2006). The woman (Amy) explained they had lost their ability to automatically withdraw funds and needed to treat the transaction as an e-check. I got nervous, so I just told her to cancel the order. Now I need to find a new place to order cigarettes. Any ideas out there?
