Just two and one-half hours from both NYC and Boston, is a gem of a getaway estate Property known as: Roughland. Two homes on the property sleep up to 26 people. One home is a state-of-the-art architectural home with indoor pool, yoga room, hot-tub, dry sauna, steam shower. The other home is a 200+ farmhouse updated to a charming perfection. There is also a swim pond, stocked with fish, screened gazebo, outdoor shower, trampoline, pool table, ping pond, foozball, and a field for soccer, baseball and horseshoes... and of course, croquet. Organic vegetable garden in the summer and back hill sledding in the winter. Its the best!!!!
