This is a review of the product as well as the company's customer service!

Dec. 07 I complained on line about the ribs being fatty, the sauce not being what they advertised, and my husband would not eat them! I got an auto response to my complaint, and it ended there. So I followed up and got a disabled mail box notice, and finally mailed a letter to them in Jan. 08.

A customer service rep then emailed me that they had received my letter and she would refund my money. When I didn't receive it, I emailed her, only to get a notice that she was no longer with the company!

In Mar. 08, another rep asked for all the background to my complaint, which I provided.

By mid-Apr. 08 I wrote again, providing copies of my original complaint and a trail of the emails/letters I had previously sent. I was determined to have them honor their original offer of refunding, and the lack of customer service was getting to me, too!

By the end of this month it will be SIX MONTHS since my original complaint. My last correspondence with the history has NEVER even been acknowledged by this company!

Not only did their ribs leave a bad taste in my mouth, but their customer service is non-existent. They don't answer emails or written letters, still have their former employee listed on voice mail options, and there is NO way of speaking to a live person at their offices!

This is a company that just doesn't care about their customers.

You should tell them you reviewed them on MeasuredUp. I bet they wont like that they have been reviewed and maybe that will make them address your issue.
