Google Success Team scam - False Advertising

I have received an unauthorized billing by " Google Success Team " for materials I never asked for, nor was I informed of any commitment. They do not answer their listed phone numbers -only tape recordings to "Stand by for Help" Their numbers are 866-200-5473 /// and 888-256-1248. This is evidently a fraud being used in the Google name. HW Bingaman halbing@charter.net
