Good customer service - credit billing

I contacted Sears corporate plaza and got connected to the Sears Law Building Co. This was in Irvine CA. The people were really helpful and conected me to the right department. I actually spoke briefly to Mike and Steven and their attorney helped fix teh problem. Job well done.

I agree bad customer service. I just spoke to two people at the customer relations number. KC cant speak english and carol promised a call back in the morning. I just purchased a appliance that was not installed correctly 1 week ago today. They advised I am #9 on the service ticket tomorrow, why not #1 since it was not done right the 1st time. I wont be using them anymore.
