Good Service - Internet connection

I have had Charter Internet for a number of years now. We were among the early subscribers for high speed internet in the Black Mountain,NC area. We now live in east TN and have had the service here for two years. In fact, we have satellite t.v. but Charter Internet because it has proven to be the most reliable.

In both places it has worked great. Yes, occasionally there are outages but Charter gets us back on-line quickly. Customer service is just that: Customer Service. The very few times over the years that we have had to contact them it has only required one call, and they were polite, nice, and helpful.

It is nice to know that I can call with no hassle or rudeness.
