We ordered 1 set and got 3 and we were billed for 3. After phone call, aggrevation set in and we returned everything. Didn't even open the boxes. We paid for the returned postage.
Our account was credited, but not for the entire amount. They hit us with a $23.85 "processing fee". So, we shelled out a total of $40.85 ( returned postage + processing fee) and have nothing to show for it.

Same thing - I ordered one and got 3. On the phone, they ask multiple times if you want to order addtl sets, and then state that they didn't understand my reply. What part of NO don't they understand?
