Then on 8/10/09 (noth even quite 4 months), the left arm comes apart. The store associate tells me I must spend $80 bucks to replace the frame! I'm like I just spent $200 not even 4 months ago. I have NEVER had this happen and I have been wearing glasses since since I was 10 years old.
I spoke with the manager and she keeps repeating the store policy. She offered to have the welded for free, but who wants to do that when a 3 month old pair of brand new glasses????
I am supposed to call back in a couple of days when she speaks to her regional manager. I have a big feeling this situation is going to get very ugly. I will NEVER go back to Sears Optical .
