Ginny - AT&T U-verse
We connected with Uverse on Monday(6/29/09), by Friday our phone was reported by our neighbors "disconnected". After spending from 11:30am to 10:30pm it was still unresolved after speaking to at least 20 different persons trying to work on it. Sat morning, after speaking to another 5 persons and nothing, we got one man, Derrel, who found our phone was forwarded to a disconnected line and finally fixed it. Now, today Monday, July 6, the fax machine doesn't work with uverse lines! No one seems to be able to help us.
