The "so called technicians" did not even look like techs. They misdiagosed the problem, missed completely what the pool problem was and on top of that recommended an unnecessary repair. The local BBB has logged about 26 unresolved complaints largely for billing discrepancies and other problems. Took this people 3 visits to complete reseal and on top of that they did it wrong. They are very small and don't care about customer complaints. They believe in the strategy that there is always new customers to rip off everyday.
