I have also had problems with Gems TV , their customer service reps are rude and you really need to be careful with the quality. I received a pair of earrings and thought they were beautiful. I put them in a drawer and did not wear them for about a month. I realized when I took them out to wear that the stones were cut completely different and the earrings did not match. Another ring I bought contained a very poorly cut stone.
