I have been shopping at Gems TV since Nov. 2007.

The faceting quality of their stones isnt't the best, especially on their high end stones...Tanzanite, Ruby..etc.

Some of their low end stones are pretty good.

The prices are better than the Mall stores...so I would say spend only what you can.

The Hosts are trained in selling to the public!!
