Poor Service/Repair

I purchase computer 8/30/2006
5 1/2 months later still not fixed, how would who ever buy a new computer & still not fixed. I sent it in,got it back not fixed,so I took it in to computer co.to have them ck.it.they found it had a bad motherboard,sent it back in along with the paper work from computer co.So they new what was wrong,got it back still not fixed,sent in again & got it back still not fixed.I have sent it in three times.Know they say they are going to send someone out to fix it.Well we will see.I would like some compensation for all down time or just give me my money back.I would never recommend Gateway to anyone.
