My name is Gus and I live in a 500 sq ft apartment in Astoria. We purchased this new condo in December of 2007 and since then we are having problems with gas charges. We have contacted the construction company responsible for this building on numerous times to complain about our heater.

After receiving my bill tonight of $300 for gas charges I did not know what to do. We barely use the heater and we freeze to death in our apartment. Is there anything we could about this situation? Who could help me solve this problem?
