on 6-28-09 I ordered a Garmin that was to include a beanbag dash mount. The Garmin came but no beanbag dash mount. Sears only answer is to just return the Garmin because of a missing part. There is nothing wrong with the Garmin. They just didn't send the beanbag dash mount that was pictured and promised in the ad. Sears tells me how much they value my business and want me satisfied but wont do anything to make this right. They should at the very least give me a credit of $29.99 and I will go to Best Buy and get one. The problem with sears customer service is that you never talk to the same person twice. They just dont care. I have scanned and e mailed them the ad but just get nonsense responses. My order # was 80031062
Is anyone out there listening?
