I cannot reach any customer service personnel, nor does any one reply to my inquiries. I SIGNED AND PAID ($59.95)IN JULY 2008 FOR FIVE (5) YEARS AND HAVE BEEN CANCELLED AFTER ONE YEAR.

I CANNOT GET ANY SATISFACTION TO GIVE ME MY FOUR ADDITIONAL YEARS. I have had some problems with usage & purchased a new phone. usage after that was fair. My daughter purchased anf cannot get magic jack to work. She cannot achieve enough good help via emails. NO HELP OUTFIT IS MAGIC JACK AGGRIVATION, AGGRIVATION
