The arrangement I ordered for a funeral using the internet and viewing a picture was not even close to the same arrangement.

I was so upset that the florist they chose decided to put their own flair on the Warm Thoughts arrangement and skimped hugely on the amount of flowers 3 of the Gerber Daisy and on the internet their were 9 or more not to mention the arrangement had a spray on the internet and this one didn't have hardly any greens and no spray other than the 3 flowers separated to try to represent a spray,...it was cheap looking.
I called and complained and was offered a discount that still hasn't come through on my credit card.
I am totally dissapointed in the quality of service and the lack of follow up that really upsets me.
