I agree with the other person. I purchased a laptop about a year ago. When asked about the extended warranty, I thought about it and the salesperson was feeding me all the crap about it would cover everything other than "neglective abuse". I'm sure the person spoke of spills and all. Got the warranty and my son had a problem with the keyboard with the letter "N" not posting. Took it in and they claimed the keyboard showed signs of a spill and the warranty was voided. Assuming that my son had spilled something on the keyboard, I didn't make a big deal of it. (pissed at my son). What pissed me off with Fry's was they charged me a diagnostic fee for the computer since this so-called spilled voided the warranty. I have to pay $75.00 to get my broke computer back! Got home opened the laptop and didn't see any signs of a spill on the back of the keyboard.
Don't do business with these A-holes.
If so curse their A** out if they speak of a warranty. If Fry's speak of a warranty, tell the whole truth and fact about their warranty and not lies
