Hey dfish2...get a life. Your response is typical of the low life human garbage that work (and I say work loosely) at Fry's electronics. If you had any personal integrity, you would not have made such a retarded posting. People like you make for good pimps and bus drivers. And no...the item was not damaged prior to returning it to Fry's Electronics. However, since this has received some attention, I'll share further developments. I took this matter to the State Attorney General's office and we proceeded with the issue at the Fry's corporate level. From there, the store manager was contacted by Fry's Corporate Office and told to take the merchandise back and return my money. I got all my money back. My limited contact with the store manager exposed the fact that this guy is extremely stupid and it comes as no surprise that the store has an anti-consumer based return policy. This stuff trickles downhill and this explains the fact that the store is a junkmill with anti-consumer based policies that is staffed by human garbage from the management level on down to the door Nazi. If anyone values their time as well as their dignity, do not shop at Fry's Electronics.

If you have another option, do not buy Fry's products. The customer service is suck!! And they usually resale products that had been returned without repairing .....
If you think your time is valuable, do not buy their products. Always remember : get what you pay, their products are on sale sometimes, but the quality is way low!!!

your a retard. u obviously damaged the item trying to return it and you lost parts for something and are INSULTED they proved what an idiot you are by opening another one. its said you dont realize how stupid this whole thing sounds. im sure youll stick it to them for them not returning something you damaged. what a fuck tard
