Front Loader Washer Nightmare

My husband and I have been loyal Sears customers for years and have purchased all of our appliances from Sears. Four years ago we purchased a front loader washer and it did not even last one year. After the nightmare of scheduling time for a repairman to come out, ordering parts, and being told repeatedly that the part would not fix the issue, we were given the option of getting a new washer under the lemon law. We got another front loader washer thinking we were safe because the model we had had been discontinued. Wrong!! The second washer is junk, $500 (!!!!!!), we decided to order the part we thought was broken and do it ourselves. The part was promised to arrive on Monday, but it is now Tuesday and we just found our part was SHIPPED on Monday! The only advice we were given was to contact the Nat'l Sears Corp. and submit a letter of complaint. Sears has junk products, junk customer service, and a terrible repair plan in place. We will NO LONGER buy Sears products and will encourage others to do the same. Reading reviews on-line assure me that I am not alone. Sears-address the problems your customers are having!!!!!!!!!!
