Free Trial is scam - Acaiberry Detox

Around mid August, I ordered the FREE 14 day Acai Berry weight loss trial which advertised FREE with just $4.95 shipping. I charged it on my credit card which was to expire on 9/9/09. I tried the product for 14 days. I lost not one pound.
Even though the credit card expired on 9/9/09, I was billed after that date for additional products which I did not order. So, I phoned to say I had not ordered anything other than the free trial and they had used my expired card. I was told my acceptance of the "FREE TRIAL" authorized them to continue sending the bottles - at around $80 each. They agreed to stop, but said more were in the mail.
