Maybe AutoMaven has had good luck with this company but I sure haven't. I think stormyo has it pegged. Each visit leads to a follow up visit with "repairs" of hundreds or thousands of dollars. And when they make a mistake, they don't own up to it. I say, "Buyer beware! BTW, automaven, check the definiton of slander. One's opinion, experience and belief is NOT slander!

I must agree that things must be properly diagnosed the first time. However, accusing someone of breaking your property is rediculous. Making an accusation whether true or false without anything to sustanciate such a claim I believe would hold you open to a gigantic lawsuit. I believe the term is "Slander" I am sure you folks are familiar with that term. If not you can google it. Now coincidence sucks and most people dont want to own up or take responsibility for things in life. It appears that this is a common trait here in the Great state of Arizona. The company for whos name you are trying to damage has been a staple here in the valley since the 1970's. No body can please everyone all the time unless your really special. Just a recommendation, know your facts it makes you look like much less of a fool when you do. I have done business with these people several times over the years and they have treated me fairly and honestly.

I've had similar problems with the Chandler location. I believe it is their policy to create a new problem with each repair they do, so that you will have to continue to come in and pay $500+ every couple of weeks. I agree that this is a fraudulent company, and someone needs to investigate them. Anyone have a camera they can hide under their hood. I guarantee they are breaking things purposely.
