Frauds!! - Courage the Cowardly Dog

Why are these people allowed to continue to do business? It appears that they are a bunch of crooks. I placed an order for a box set in Dec. 2007 and was charged, but no DVD's. I too received the back order emails, and when I tried to call the customer service #, it does not even attempt to ring. I also sent an email to inquire about the status of my order and have heard nothing. What a waste of my money, and they have my credit card info!!

Skull Candy is a sham. I bit on one of their pre-Christmas promotions.."free shipping" on December 17, 2008. It is January 19, 2009 at the time I am writing this. No headphones, no refund, no reply to repeated emails from both their CS link on the website as well as their "official" CS address listed elsewhere. I have placed a half dozen calls and waited on hold for well over two hours total. I have yet to even speak to a human. I may end up eating the $60 but I will trash them every opportunity I get. Not much else I can do.
