Frankie Gianino in Imperial is new, I understand that every new place has their problems. The atmosphere is nice and relaxing, the server was new (of course-new place) but still our order was messed up a little and the food was o.k. not a place that I was really ever thinking of going back to. The huge problem happened afterwards when somehow they overcharged my debit card. We gave the server cash and then wanted the rest charged to my card. I signed the copy for the amount that I wanted and somehow they overcharged my card the whole bill amount which caused a my checking account to go into the negative. All the manager said that I talked to was that it was a new system and he didn't know how it happened. I have done some waiting tables on my own and know how credit cards are ran the only way that number changes from the orginal reciept is usually due to human error but he blamed it on computer error. Don't know -all I know is that trying this new place has put a dent in my pocketbook and tons of stress. Should going out to have a relaxing time with friends end with a huge headache like this?
