This is the worst customer service fiasco I have encountered since the 1970s. Plants ordered are small and poorly rooted. Failure rate was from 80% to 50%, nothing better. This in environment that had a 95% success rate with other vendors.

I agree, Burgess is a scam, placed $100 worth of order, 80% plants arrived dead or rotten. Don't be fooled by the cheap prices and pictures in the catalog, it is not worth it! So far they are not honoring their own 1yr warrantee, I am tired of trying to get anything replaced or credited. This is a dishonest operation! DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR SCAM!
