Ford can't Service what they Sell - F-150 King Ranch

Ford - still deserving of the "Fix Or Repair Daily" comment. Here's a company that is not competent enough to isolate and fix problems with their product. Even worse is that my STRONG suspicion is that there's no genuine concern for customer satisfaction. I purchased a new F-150 King Ranch and inherited a nightmare. The problems are so extensive that it absolutely defies imagination. I have stopped taking the vehicle in because this has been, without exception, a waste of time (although they'll still gladly charge me for "cannot duplicate" diagnostic time. I've been smart enough to stay away from Ford for 30 years - stems from my 70's nightmare with a "made to order" new Galaxy 500. What a fool I am for thinking they might be better - Ford has really "gone down the tubes" in flames. After talking with many current and past Ford owners, we all agree that Ford Motor Company problems with both the vehicles AND so called "service" departments are so extensive that Ford simply can't police its garbage. Ford is a company that clearly cannot compete in the international automotive arena and should not receive assistance to remain afloat - Why beat a dead horse... More American jobs lost, which is bad but when you're that substandard, flush the toilet and walk away. I have no real option rather than getting rid of the vehicle. I can't rely on it and Fords "Authorized Service Departments" (Dealership locations)are truly useless ( beyond an oil change) to Ford owners. Buyer beware - Life's too busy and too short to own a Ford. Who needs or wants the headache... Try to buy American but please, be kind to yourself and DO NOT BUY A FORD!
