For a Christmas gift, I decided to make my cousin a photo book filled with her wedding pictures. On Snapfish 's website, it advertises that if you order by Dec 17 to GUARANTEE delivery by Dec 24 through standard shipping, which says is about 3 to 5 business days. I even ordered this book on Dec 14, just to make sure I received it by Christmas.
On Dec 20, I checked the order status to find that my order was still in process and was NOT shipped. I had originally had this book sent to my office, thinking Snapfish would be efficient enough to fill this order early. I called their customer service to double check my order status and see if I could ship this book to my house. Bascially, customer service told me they couldn't change my shipping address because it's automated, my order's still in process, and said I "should" be getting a confirmation email.
Well, let's just say I received my confirmation email today saying that it's going to be SHIPPED on Dec 24. I don't know about you, but I thought delivery by Dec 24, meant that I would be receiving it at least by Dec 24. If I'm wrong, please tell me, but I feel that this statement is very misleading.
So here's my experience: I have no gift to give my cousin on Christmas Day, Snapfish should be sued for false advertising and I am one upset customer.
Snapfish, thank you for wasting my two weeks of hard work putting that stupid book together and for deceiving your customers. Thank you for the inefficent people you hired for customer service and thank you for helping me realize that I'll never use you guys again.
People, do yourselves a favor: save your time and money and DO NOT USE Snapfish.com!!
