Decent price (though not the cheapest) but lousy customer service and support.
I bought a Jabra 8040 from this site, but they did not send me the additional ear gels (which they claim is included).
After 3 messages and 2 e-mails trying to get someone to talk to me, I gave up and wrote this.

For 40 bucks, should I expect more?
