Flowers damaged- replacement sent

I received flowers from my mom, the courier driver left it at the door in the sun. When I got home, I found the flowers, and they looked wilted. I called bloomex, the customer service guy was very nice, he helped me out and they re-sent me beautiful fresh flowers the next day. They were much better. I was not impressed with the flowers being left out in the sun, but I was very happy with the way the customer service took my complaint and sent out new flowers and redeemed themselves. I can appreciate that couriers are not as respectful to the items they deliver, thank God bloomex made it right and made me happy.
