The best Flat Fee MLS company that I have found is www.fidelityflatfee.com. You can load your own listing on the MLS, through their web site, and still sell your home by owner. We paid just $249 total fees and sold our home in less than 30 days! They advertised my home on the MLS and on over a hundred sites. After experiencing their service, there’s no way I would ever use anyone else. You can visit their site at www.fidelityflatfee.com. We highly recommend them.
