First time Buyer--never again

My boyfriend and I had heard that buying electronics was cheap at Fry's so we decided to buy an XBOX 360 bundle from there. After looking online for the stores where they had the item we went to the location in Fountain Valley to pick it up. Not only did they not have the item, but the customer service people were rude and had no clue what we were talking about. Thinking it was a fluke we did some more searching, and found that it was available at the Manhatten Beach Store. This time, we reserved it online to be picked up the next day. The next day a represantitve calls telling us they only had a used one that had been damaged, and that if we wanted, we could pay the same price for just the console itself. By boyfriend of course said no way, we wanted the bundle and were not going to pay the same price if we could get more. We then looked online for a third store, which also supposedly had it, and this time called them to ask. They said tha they did not have it. I wrote an email to complain about false advertising, and the reply from Frys was that there is a slight delay in updating their website with invetory. Give me a break! I just checked the website, 3 days later, and it is still being listed at the same stores as available. This was our first and last time shopping at Frys. The hassle is just not worth it.
