Small Olympia Washington company, one guy but was able to fix internet, television and phone issues with one visit in less than one hour. Qwest tech made excuses and blamed issues on this and that. This guy came out after being referred by a friend and knew his sh!t. Landline crystal clear, internet is much faster and television picture is perfect. Had Comcast triple play but switched to Qwest for real savings and issue occured. That company rocks
