I placed an order for a magazine on Jan 15th 2009 and I have not received one issue to date (July 15th 2009). After several calls to the company I have not received one call back as they have continuously promised. So, with all that being said I plan on calling them EVERYDAY and listing to their nice "on hold music", after all it is an 800 number and they are paying for the call. I will continue to request my magazine and or refund once they do answer. Do you think they will get sick of me?
