US Bank Complaint

US Bank has charged me $994.50 in fees from December 18th to January 31st.

It started with human error. Mine. Yes, I made a mistake in my account. I forgot about an automatic debit that comes out every month and it came out the day before payday. My account was $3.40 short. It bounced. $37.50 was charged. My check went in, my mortgage went out, more fees, then NSF fees, then negative account fees, then fees for fees and more fees because of the fees that caused the account further in the red. It was a never ending battle. My paycheck would go in and not even cover the whole amount of fees that were showing. And oh yes $8 a day for being in the red including weekends, but not coming out daily, just whenever they felt like it. But always eventually coming out.

No one from top management to bottom clerk cared, made a face, played like they gave a crap, looked concerned, no one did anything. Not even and apology. The top Richard said "you need to learn how to have a checking account" like I'm an ass. Good thing he is perfect and never makes mistakes. Whew is USBank lucky to have him (right out of charm school too).
Anyway, on to the Attorney General's office and all my representatives. WRITE TO YOUR CONGRESSMEN AND YOUR SENATORS, YOUR PRESIDENT, THE ATTORNEY GENERAL. PLACE COMPLAINTS AGAINST THEM ON BBB AND ANY OTHER SITE YOU CAN FIND. SPREAD THE WORD. ONLY ACTION WILL MAKE CHANGE. IT'S TIME TO GET IN THE STREETS AGAIN AND TAKE OVER OUR COUNTRY FROM THESE GREEDY ASSHOLES.
