Fed ex hang up and drive

Today I was walking in the North Park blocks of downtown Portland. At 9:05 a.m., I was crossing NW Davis St at Park Ave when a FedEx truck that was driving west drove right past me as I was in the crosswalk. The driver was looking at his cell phone. Then he rolled right through a stop sign on NW Park as if it weren't there. The license plate was 493023.

Please retrain this driver to pay attention to pedestrians, stop signs, traffic, etc., or something tragic could result. This undermines my confidence in your company's sincerity to care about the safety of others.
