Dining at Blue Hill is about as close as you can get to being on an organic farm while living in New York City.

The ingredients are all transported from the upstate farm and come together in inventive and seasonal dishes that are truly special.

The service though is what might set this restaurant a bit apart from other upstart organic leaning places sprining up around the city.

At Blue Hill the service is impeccable, the staff understand the ingredients and speak with knowledge about the dishes.

We sat at the Bar and Rocky the clear maestro orchestrating the 8 bar side settings and the bustling table service kept things running smoothly while also showing interest in his fans and keeping conversation flowing along with a nice heavy pour.

If super fresh and organic, with a dollop of special service and a seasonal menu is your thing then try Blue Hill.
