I have been shopping with Kays for 8 or 9 years, my parents using them previously, and have never had any problems with them.
Their service is easy to use and a quick call to customer service or an email always gets an appropriate response in a fair amount of time.
Everything from the order process to the delivery and the payments are easy.
If ever there has been a problem, it has only taken one email to sort it out.
I would definitely recommend Kays for home shopping because they are friendly, efficient and everything else you could expect from a home shopping company.
