False Information, Bad customer service - Shipping by Fed EX

We shipped our computer across the country. The manager of the store told us that Fed Ex would not allow us to insure our computer for over $100 unless we shipped by air (which would have cost $700). We believed him only to find out from Fed Ex this was not true (turns out he uses a different insurance company, which he did not disclose) Since then he's been surly and unhelpful as we have tried to resolve this issue. I wouldn't recommend his store to anyone!
