False Advertising

I visited the Newport, TN BK on 08-19-09. I had a .99 croissanwich coupon. I ordered a bacon-egg-cheese croissanwich. The lady at the counter informed me that the coupon was only good for what was pictured on the coupon. It has a picture of sausage-egg-cheese but it clearly says ".99 Croissanwich (excludes double croissanwich - available only during breakfast." I told her I had gotten BEC in the past with coupons and she sent the manager over to tell me it is whatever is pictured on the coupon. I love Burger King breakfast but needless to say I won't be back there. They were extremely rude and didn't care if I came back or not. I called the store later today to obtain the corporate phone number and they told me they don't have one. Imagine that! Also, I saw no email link on their website. They obviously do not need my $20 per week for breakfast. McDonalds....here I come.

i was recently working late the other night and was hungry. i hadn't had burger king in a few years and they were the closest place open. i usually don't eat that much so i ordered the wopper junior and super sized it. i was so suprised when i received my meal. on the display it shows that the burger is sticking partially sticking out of the bun. i was so suprised to see my burger the size of a white castle burger. i was so mad when i looked under the bun and seen something that resembled a small breakfast sausage. the only thing that was really under the bum was lettuce. times are hard as it is and eating out isn't what it use to be. so i can trully say burger king you lost a custome for life. alex at fort polk louisiana
