Fake - Plantronics 521

I ordered a brand-new Plantronics 521 but what was sent to me was unit in a box that was already opened/torn with a dirty manual. The unit didn't work--I couldn't get the voice command from my Verizon Samsung phone, and the volume was way down and couldn't be increased. After fruitless emails and phone calls to this company (their voice mail box is always full), I contacted Plantronics and explained the situation. The folks at Plantronics was very accommodating and sent me a new unit (but I was out $5 for S&H the bad unit to them--basically what I saved from buying at n1wireless instead of a reputable company like Amazon). When I received the unit from Plantronics, it has a totally different packaging and recharging unit. It is clearly marked as "for US market" (no such marking on the unit from n1wireless). The new unit worked fine. So I think that I received from n1wireless a fake not made for the US. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, THEY SEND YOU FAKE!
