for 1 x Pink elegance - 16.99 GBP

1 x vase 6.99 GBP
1 Birthday balloon 8.99 GBP

delivery and mark up = 4.95 GBP
Total 37.92 GBP

This order was placed 05.03.2009
Deliver was requested 05.05.2009

This was for an 81 year birthday gift
The flowers never arrived - but my credit card was charged
I have contacted the company by email - which is a Kenny Crouch - info@uk.flowers-for-all-occassions.co.uk
he keeps telling me to call an 0800 number which does not work form the USA. I email back explaining that this number does not work for overseas - I have requested a credit back to me credit card - but have heard nothing Also the web site has another number for overseas to call but nobody ever answers - even when I call during working hours UK time - I do strongly believe this has to be a scam site and do not want anyone else to be disappointed as I was
